Mortis Consortium Recruitment Policy

Mortis Consortium is a collective of members of the On-Line gaming community that has been playing MMOs for over 15 years. If you're interested in becoming a part of an elite organization of mature players, read the policy below, and drop us a line.

Recruitment Policy

  1. Mortis Consortium is at it’s core a close knit, solid group of friends with many relationships dating back 20 years, it is a family. By reading, understanding, and accepting the recruitment guidelines you are committed and willing to be part of something that is much bigger than your ordinary guild.
  2. We are usually open to considering new applicants from inside the games we play.
  3. Typically, we will not even consider a player for membership unless we have seen them play firsthand and have gotten to know them well.
  4. We look for mature people who are disciplined, patient, honest, intelligent, respectful, generous, team players, and always looking to improve. We hold exceptionally skilled players in high regard, but applicants must be good people first.
  5. All members & recruits are required to have Teamspeak installed and always logged in and running while playing. You will need a mic. Lurking alone will not cut it. Exceptions to this will be on a case by case basis.
  6. After submitting your application for membership, you will undergo a probationary period that lasts from a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 8 weeks. During that time, veteran members will evaluate you.
  7. Once you have had a successful evaluation you will become a full member of Mortis Consortium.
  8. In Mortis Consortium, membership is considered a privilege, not a right. If you aren't good people, we will find out shortly and you be politely asked to leave.
  9. Successful applicants will be required to give their real name and age.
  10. To begin the application process, you must register on our forums with your character's name, read and understand the requirements, and complete the application form.
